How are technicians assigned to jobs?
A coordinator opens the schedule modal, picks a date and time slot, and the system auto-matches a technician by trade, falling back to any available technician. Each technician then sees their jobs in a focused "My day" view.
Does it support multiple compounds?
Yes. The platform is multi-compound, with color-coded compounds, live occupancy tracking, and per-unit owner, resident, and service history built for groups managing several communities, with multi-currency support.
